Get picked up by Travco bus from your accommodation in Marsa Matrouh, Al-Alameen and the North Coast and head towards Siwa Oasis, starting with the ruins of the oracle temple of Zeus Amon, which was already famous in the time of Herodotus and was consulted by Alexander the Great. Discover the Mountain of the Dead, which includes many tombs back to the ancient Egyptian eras, Greeks, and Romans.
Experience the salt lakes of Siwa. There are 4 large salt lakes that have a depth 4m and a 95% concentration of Salt in them. The large presence of salt helps people float on the surface of the water even though they can’t swim and the salt also helps heal many medical conditions, especially skin problems.
