Established in the 18th century as a small fishing village, the city grew rapidly in the early 21st century with a focus on tourism and luxury, having the second most five-star hotels in the world, and the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa, which is over a half a mile tall.
Depart from Cairo to Dubai, Upon your arrival, you will be met, assisted, and transferred to your hotel in Dubai for check-in. The remainder of the day will be free, giving you the chance to begin your exploration of the city.
Start your day being charmed by the culture of Dubai with a tour that takes you to some of the must-see sights in the city in an optional Half Day City Tour. The trip begins with stops at iconic sights such as the Jumeirah Mosque, Burj Al Arab, and Bastakia area for some prime photo opportunities. The next destination on this tour is a visit to the 150-year-old Al Fahidi Fort for you to explore the Dubai Museum housed within it. The museum is the perfect place for you to discover Dubai's rich culture through its artifacts and depiction of the historical trading and pearl diving milestones. The tour will then move onto a delightful boat ride across the Abra to reach the Deira side of Dubai. Once disembarked you will visit both the Spice Souq and the Gold Souq for a chance to splurge on spices and beautiful jewelry pieces before being transferred back to your hotel.
Explore the outskirts of Dubai with your arranged Desert Safari Tour for an escape from the fast-paced metropolitan city perfect for those who seek a truly tranquil experience. The trip will take you across the scenic desert as you pass by an endless view of picturesque dunes to reach a local camel farm. From there you will enjoy a camel ride which will take you to your next stop at a traditional Arabic camp. You will then spend the remaining of the evening basking under the stars as you enjoy a mouthwatering BBQ dinner and tantalizing musical entertainment for an authentic Arabic experience complete with Bedouin tents, shisha, and henna tattooing. The end of the tour is marked by your transfer back to your hotel.
