Morning: The Pyramids of Giza Tour
At 8:00 AM, meet your friendly Egyptologist tour guide and private driver at your chosen location in Cairo (including Cairo Airport). Begin your adventure at one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the Great Pyramids of Giza.
Explore the Pyramid of Cheops, Solar Boat Museum, and the Queens’ Small Pyramids, then continue to the Second Pyramid of Khafre to learn about ancient pyramid construction techniques. Visit the Pyramid of Menkaure and enjoy panoramic views of the entire Giza Plateau — the perfect spot for unforgettable photos or an optional camel ride by the pyramids.
End your visit at the iconic Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple, where you’ll uncover the secrets of ancient Egyptian mummification rituals.
Afternoon: The Egyptian Museum
At 1:00 PM, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant overlooking the Pyramids before heading downtown to visit the Egyptian Museum. Explore the world’s largest collection of pharaonic treasures, including royal statues, sarcophagi, and the famous mummies. Learn about Egypt’s history through the Old, Middle, and New Kingdoms, dating back to 3200 BC.
End your day with a stroll through the museum garden to see Egypt’s national flowers — the papyrus and lotus — before being transferred to your Cairo hotel for check-in and a free evening at leisure.
Morning: Old Coptic Cairo Tour
After breakfast at 8:00 AM, meet your guide for a tour through Coptic Cairo, one of Christianity’s most sacred places. Visit Abu Serga Church, the Hanging Church, Saint George Monastery, and Babylon Fortress — all sites visited by the Holy Family during their flight to Egypt. Conclude with a visit to the historic Ben Ezra Synagogue.
Afternoon: Modern Cairo Experience
Continue to downtown Cairo to discover Modern Cairo landmarks, including the Cairo Tower and Cairo Opera House. Enjoy a delicious Egyptian lunch at a Nile-view restaurant, offering both flavor and scenery.
Evening: Islamic Cairo & Khan El Khalili Bazaar
After lunch, explore Islamic Cairo, beginning with the Citadel of Salah El-Din and the Mosque of Muhammad Ali (Alabaster Mosque). Your guide will share fascinating insights into Islamic art, architecture, and daily worship practices.
End your tour at Khan El Khalili Bazaar, Cairo’s most famous open-air market. Enjoy two hours of free shopping for souvenirs, jewelry, and local handicrafts before we transfer you back to your hotel or Cairo Airport.
